DELIVERY POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Acceptance of order shall be at our entire, sole and absolute discretion depending of various factors, namely availability of products etc.
- Delivery is subject to Customer’s address falling in the delivery area.
- We reserve the right to refuse or to accept or to cancel any order from any customer beyond the delivery area.
- We make best endeavours to deliver orders to customers as per delivery time slot selected by customers.
- Delivery day may vary from zero to two days based on the selection by customers.
- Delivery time not applicable on festivals namely, New years eve, Christmas and other festivals.
- Delivery time not applicable in view of any difficulty beyond our control which may be natural phenomenon, road condition or operational difficulties.
- It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that customer himself/herself is available at the delivery address, and he/she must pay full amount for order placed. If he/she fails to be present, we are entitled to charge full amount of order, the cost of delivery and any other charges.
- We reserve the right to reject delivery order or cancel the same once it is accepted :-
- In case we are unable to contact the customer;
- In case of non-receipt of payment;
- If there is a trend of order cancellation;
- If there is any trend of frivolous frequent complaint;
- If the customer has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect address.
