Shahi Biryani
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Shahi Biryani Masala
500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Curry Cut
- 500 gm Rice
- 25-30 gm Fry onion
- 1 cup Thick yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
Notes
Step 1- Fry onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry until the oil separates.
Step 2- Add the following ingredients:-
- ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken,
- Garlic paste,
- Ginger paste,
- Yogurt, and
- ABIS Shahi Biryani Masala.
Murgh Handi
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Murgh Handi Masala
750 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Curry Cut
- 1 cup Thick yogurt
- 1-2 Tomatoes
- 250-300 gm Onions
- Salt to taste
Notes
Step 1- Mix ABIS Murgh Handi Masala in yogurt and apply it to Abis Laziz Fresh Chicken cubes. marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2- Boil finely diced tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water until soft and tender. Peel to remove skin and seeds. Keep the tomato puree aside. Separately boil the onions in half a cup of water, grind to a paste, and sieve.
Step 3- In hot oil, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato puree and onion paste. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4- Stir in butter, and chopped coriander leaves for 1 minute and remove from heat. Serve immediately with hot naan (Roti or Rice).
Malai Murg
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Malai Murgh Masala
500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Breast Boneless
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup Thick yogurt
Notes
Step 1- Gather the ingredients in a food processor, and ABIS Malai Murgh Masala to form a smooth paste. Add salt to taste, and lemon juice, and mix well.
Step 2- In a large bowl, pour the paste and yogurt over the ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken and mix well to coat all the pieces. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3- Put the marinated chicken pieces on skewers and grill. Lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking.
Step 4- When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skewers and serve with hot naan (tandoori-baked Indian bread).
Desi Chicken Curry

35gm ABIS Desi Chicken Curry Masala
500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Curry Cut
- 250-300 gm Onions
- 1-2 Tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
Notes
Step 1- Heat oil, and fry onions until golden brown. Add the following integration:-
- Garlic paste,
- Ginger,
- ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken, and
- ABIS Desi Chicken Curry Masala
Shahi Murg Tikka
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Shahi Murgh Tikka Masala
500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Boneless Thigh
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Notes
Step 1- Add ABIS Shahi Murgh Tikka Masala and salt to taste, lemon juice, and combine yogurt then, Marinate ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken pieces in this mixture and refrigerate for a 2-hour shallow fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until brown or roast in an OTG, then, serve hot.
Diet Chicken Pulao
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Diet Chicken Pulao Masala
Cut into small pieces500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken
- 300 gm Rice
- 50 ml Refined Oil
- 1 Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Crushed Chillies
- 2 Green Chillies
- 600 ml Water
Notes
Step 1- In a small bowl, wash the rice then soak for at least 30 minutes. While the rice is soaking, heat the oil in a pan on medium flame until it gets hot.
Step 2- Add the finely sliced onions then cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Add water then cook for 1-2 minutes – the colour of the onions at this point will determine the end colour of the rice. Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and crushed chilies then sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add ABIS Diet Chicken Pulao Masala and add ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3- Add salt, garam masala, and green chili then cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Add water and cook on medium heat for a further 4-5 minutes.
Step 4- Add rice and cook for 6-8 minutes on high heat until the majority of the water is absorbed. Cover and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes then open and serve.
Keema Special
Ingredients
35 gm ABIS Keema Special Masala
minced boneless500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken
- 1 cup Oil
- 200-300 gm Onion
- 1-2 Tomatoes Finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 3-4 Medium Green Chilly
- Salt to taste
Notes
Step 1- Heat 1 cup of cooking oil, put finely chopped onions until transparent, add garlic paste and ginger paste, add ABIS Keema Special Masala (1 packet dissolved in 1/2 cup of water) and 1 kg of minced ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken, and cook until the liquid is almost dry.
Step 2- Add 1-2 diced tomatoes and 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook over low flame for about 20-30 minutes until the Chicken gets tender.
Step 3- Add 3-4 medium chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp. coriander/chopped fresh coriander, and cook until the oil separates from the Chicken. Stir frequently. For the sauce: Add 1-2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Your keema special is ready to serve.
Diet Soup (Chicken)
Ingredients

500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Boneless

Notes
Step 1- Bring ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken pieces and water to a boil.
Step 2- Add 35gm ABIS Diet Soup Mix and season with salt.
Crispy Chicken Popcorn
Ingredients
35gm ABIS Crispy Chicken Popcorn Masala
Cut into dice pieces500 gm ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken Breast
- 150 gm Bread Crumbs
Notes
Step 1- Slice the ABIS Laziz Fresh Chicken breast into small, bite-sized chunks. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, salt, and ABIS Crispy Chicken Popcorn Masala.
Step 2- Spread some breadcrumbs on a wide plate.
Step 3- Take out the chicken pieces (a few of them) and coat them nicely with the breadcrumbs.
Step 4- Gently press the breadcrumbs to the chicken pieces so that they stick to them. Keep it aside on a plate for 5 minutes. Put it in hot oil till golden brown and serve hot.
